Most products of us are individual items, manufactured by hand for you. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. This is the reason that we want to make sure you’re 100% content with your order. And if you should not be completely happy for any reason, just make use of our
30-day return guarantee
Simply return your product within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Whether it doesn’t fit you, suit you or it’s not what you expected - just send it back. You can choose from the following options:
- Exchange for a new product
- Exchange for a voucher code to be redeemed towards your next order
- Refund of your product cost as long as the product was not manufactured specifically for you
- Refund of your product cost and the shipping fee if we have sent the wrong items to you or you have received the damaged products
Before you send the package back, please contact our Service Team and provide your Order number.
Return process
If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).
If you have requested a voucher, it usually takes 24-48 hours to issue a voucher code.
If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, an email will be sent letting you know once the reprint has been initiated.
Who covers the shipping cost?
My Design List will pay the shipping cost in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a My Design List representative to be defective or you have received the wrong products.
For all other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to avoid returns
a). Receive a sample before placing a bulk order
When planning an order for you and your team, you may be unsure about what sizes, styles, and colors to order. Please order a plain product without prints first, as we can take these back without a problem. If you order e.g. one phone case with print to test the print quality, we will accept the return and give you a voucher or a new product. This way, you’ll help protect the environment and save resources.
b). Calculate with a buffer period
We’re quite fast, but we can’t make any guarantees. This may be due to reasons relating to product stock and delivery times etc. If your order doesn’t arrive in time for a birthday, wedding or farewell party of your colleague, this does unfortunately not constitute a reason for a return. If you need something super fast, use the Express Shipping Option to get your order as fast as possible.
